Jennifer Aniston's Diet

Jennifer Aniston is loved for her stunning looks and tight body.  Jennifer does not do something particular, in reality we could all include her program into our very own day-to-day lives. In order to achieve this super hot body, she exercises almost daily.She follows a diet plan known as Zone diet, which was created by Dr. Barry Sears.

  • The diet is designed so as to burn the fat fast as well as increase the metabolism rate.
  • The diet  focuses on the right carbohydrates, lean protein sources and other healthy choices such as low starch fruits.
  • The diet even includes a certain amount of healthy fats.

Aniston was famous for eating the same salad every day  for years while shooting “Friends". She has recently brought some changes with her personal chefs, Jewels and Jill Elmore.

Also, Aniston is fond of Mexican food but she restricts herself from those fried and greasy foods and keeps her diet clean with loads of vegetables and fruits.

She does not starve herself and sometimes gives into cravings for food.
Aniston says that being comfortable in one’s own skin is what’s most important.
